Map

This tool provides spatial visualisation of admixture, which presents levels of admixture (proportion of assignment to each cluster) as pie charts on a map for each individual, population or site.

Read before use
------------------		
Users need to prepare two files, admixture and coordinates data.

**Admixture data:** The data must contain Site, Ind, and Cluster columns. Cluster can be Cluster1, Cluster2, Cluster3, ..., ClusterN.
Data from excel (format: xlsx).

**Coordinates data:** The data must contain Site, Lat, Lon columns. 
Colnames must be Site, Lat, Lon. Data from excel (format: xlsx).
